The guy had a VERY active and solid game yesterday. He's bigger, but I kinda wish we still had him. I think he'd be an upgrade over Savaii. What say you?

To be honest, the once-marginal guy we had but let go of that I watched play really well this weekend was actually Melvin Bullitt of the Colts.

Yikes I didn't even know who the guy was, I only remember us having Akin Ayodele. I didn't know his brother played for us for a couple of years as well.

No.
I'm not happy for Scott Shanle or Scott Fajuta either.
I'm glad they beat the Saints beat the Vikings, but I'm not happy for the individual players.

We had Bullit on our team?

Yes. But we had to cut him because he kept attacking Keith Davis.

Why be happy for someone who was only on the team long enough to have a cup of coffee?
Nothing against him, but if I even thought about it, I'd be happier for Shanle.

I guess that's kind of the point "Woody's Girl". Dude was a marginal player with us and we cut him loose, now he's going to the super bowl. BTW: Shanle and Fujita are journeymen NFL LB's that I never had a problem getting rid of. They've got good motors, and alot of heart, but they are old and slow. Both remind me of Keith Brooking . Manning will expose them with Garcon, Wayne and Clark in a huge way. Colts put up 40 easy on the Saints and win by 2 touchdowns IMO.

Remi Ayodele is not a journeyman? Fujita has been a starter everywhere he's been. He may not be a star but he's no Remi Ayodele.
