Who thinks he would be a nice fit at corner for us? UFA and played really well for the Pats last year. 5 picks and 18 passes defended.
Our depth would be solid with Jenkins, Newman,Scandrick and Bodden.
Move Ball over to backup FS.
It wouldn't cause the Cowboys to reach for a CB in the draft. If say, Kyle Wilson was gone in the 2nd.

I like it personally, though I doubt he would come to Dallas if he saw the depth chart on this team and realized he probably would be a fourth corner.

Unless he believes he's better than Skandrick, and sets his eyes on taking over for Newnman in a year or two. And if he doesn't believe he can overshoot Skandrick then deep down he'll know he's nothing but a #4 CB, and in that case, to be #4 behind Dallas' top3 gives him more opportunities for picks in a dime package, where he'll be targeted more, that on other teams where the top 3 are more likely to be targeted. And when Newman does sail off (or gets injured) he's instantly the #3 CB, and that position gets a ton of playing time in today's NFL.

Dallas is good at the CB position. The only position in the defensive backfield that needs attention is safety.

sorry, but your never good at corner, especially with Newman's age and if an injury occurs, the cowboys are thin. It takes atleast a year to develop a young corner and you need five on the depth chart with all the spread offenses and injuries in the NFL today, so another Corner is a need, just not in the first or second round unless a stud drops as Jenkins did two years ago.

Im pretty sure Bodden would take over for Scandrick as the Nickel.

It's harder for him to learn English because of his extremely large synapses

I think Dallas will draft another CB (3rd of 4th round)... I believe they'll also draft a safety (2nd or 3rd round).
