That he isn't. And I don't mind that either. :)

that's one of the things I like about him. He can and does go a little overboard sometimes but you can see his team bought into that confidence this season.

So was Mike Tomlin. Got him nowhere fast.

It's a shame we brought in Wade as our HC instead of Rex.

What I wouldn't give for a coach who has actual passion and fire rather than the current mentality we have with our staff.

Didnt the Fins whoop them twice this year?

I know everybody is wearing knee pads for Rex right now, but if the Colts dont pull their starters and tank a perfect season, Rex and the Jets are sitting home watching the playoffs from their couch.

Just saying.

So you are not impressed with the two playoff road wins in Cincy and San Diego?

They had a rookie QB, a rookie Head Coach.

They lost Jenkins and Leon Washington to Injured Reserve.

Their best WR was a guy they traded for in October.

All things considered I don't think us Cowboys fans should be bashing anything the Jets did this season.

I completely agree.

He's won more playoff games in his rookie year as a HC than Wade has his entire career.

Consider me beyond impressed.

The fact that they beat the Bengals and Chargers is irrelevant to the current discussion. The fact is that they would not have been in position to win any playoff games at all if not for the Colts forfeiting a game.

They did not earn a playoff spot, they were given a playoff spot by a Colt team that was *****-slapping them up and down the field until they decided to pull Manning and put freaking Painter into the game.

Sorry if I am not impressed with making the playoffs due to the other team forfeiting. Doesnt matter what they did in the playoffs, they wouldnt have been there if the Colts didnt forfeit.

Thats not bashing, thats just a fact.

lol exactly, just because you point out the facts means you are bashing teams or players to some people.. Pretty funny, dude you are exactly right, the silly guy the poster above is praising didn't even realize his team was still in playoff position after their loss to Atlanta. I like Rex Ryan as well, but come to reality folks that team was an 8-8 group and managed to win a couple ball games in the playoffs. Same with the Arizona Cardinals 2 years ago

Here's a fact.

You have no idea what happens for the rest of that game had the Colts kept their starters in the game. It was a five point game when Manning and some other starters left the game. They played a half and the Colts were ahead by less than one TD.

And how are their wins against the Bengals and Chargers not relevant in this disussion?

You bashed them based on a premise of what may have happened.

While I am saying maybe you should hold off on bashing them based on things that actually happened.

???

But whatever.

LOL.

The Cowboys could not manage to do this once in 13 years.

Some of you guys are too funny with the way you act like complete homers.

Again.

lol, not impressed at all by backing into the playoffs with teams laying down and then going to take on that same team that had the mentality of quitting in the playoffs the week before. Then going against the hottest team in football that had a bye and cooled off, yeah they still had to win those playoff games but please relax! #1 rookie QB-rookie coach 8-8 team congrats on being a .500 team which turned into 9-7 with the laying down bs. #2 INJURIES HAPPEN WHAAAAAAAAAAA WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. #3 Their best wr WASN'T the guy they TRADED for in Braylon Edwards, it was Jerricho Cotchery buddy, Braylon had a horrible year 35 catches-541 yards with the jets in 12 games.. #4 No one is bashing, just stating the facts that the J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets didn't belong in the playoffs but hey they were there and took down 2 teams.. CONGRATS!

CowboysZone.com. That in and of itself grants clemency to the occasional homeristic tendency that some might exhibit.

One wouldn't want to mention the AFC Championship game where the Colts rattled off 24 unanswered points. Yeah, on that same #1 ranked defense that you're saying we have no idea what would have happened if Peyton stayed in the game in week 15.

Everyone know what would have happened. The Jets would have been sitting at home in week 18 instead of playing the Bengals.

I agree with this, but the colts decided to play it that way. You cant fault the jets for another team laying down. They got the gift and ran with it.

I was impressed, but Rex Ryan is A DOUBLE TALKER. In his press conference he said he wasn't going to make excuses then he comes out and makes 5. I didn't hear about these injuries when they beat the bengals and the chargers.

The fact is that jets defense is good, but not great. They have one great player that's revis. The jets were very fortunate that shayne graham and Nate Kaeding wanted to join the jets hall of fame. I like Rex's confidence, but let's see next year when they arent flying under the radar.

Rex Ryan is an *** who should be kept as far away from the Cowboys as possible. And not only because he's the misbegotten spoor of Buddy Ryan and whatever soft-shelled crab slept with that fat little lowlife troll to begin with.

Really?

So while I am here I can put my intelligence on hold as long as it looks like I am rooting for the Cowboys?

I will pass on that one.

But you can continue to use it.
