Adam Schefter of ESPN reports via Twitter (http://twitter.com/Adam_Schefter) Seattle has traded QB/WR Seneca Wallace to the Cleveland Browns. No compensation known yet.

First thing this franchise needs to do is get a competent coaching staff in and keep it around for awhile. Their athletes don't stand a chance otherwise. Every other year it's something different other than suckness.
