after much searching and people taking it to seriously i found a team that is laid back and has 1 practice a week that is a hour. i'll be a qb/cb/placeholder. I feel like I accomplished something important by finding the team without people that take Flag Football insanely seriously one guy told me I had to pay my dues before getting playing time and I said its flag football and he stopped responding to the txts. Honestly people that take Flag Football this serious need a brain, its a game.
We get unis and I pay my fees for $100(every player on the team pays $100). I'm pumped for next Sunday. I'll post the results of our first game of the season here.

Of course you're not going to get playing time without paying your dues. Pay upfront and you play, that's how it works.

Well that's one way to look at it....
Another way is to think that the people that had paid dues would be the first to get playing time....which makes sense.

It's like that in every league.
I'm in a basketball league and some guy was trying to get the team together to learn plays. It's a glorified pickup game, relax.
