Don't know why we wouldn't get a 4th season. Lots of fans. Good loyal sponsors. And from what I understand, the ratings are fairly good.
It would be stupid for them to cancel the show.

They have already tried to cancel it once.

I never got into it because the premise seemed so silly, maybe I'll give it a shot.

HOnestly, you need to go watch the first season to know what's going on or it will all seem bizarre to you.
I think you can see season one on thier wensite. Not sure though. Maybe Hulu.

Well it is one of those things that is intentionally silly and over the top loaded with a bunch of movie and show references from the 80s and so on.

The guy was willing to have himself blown up to take out the ring for his country...not sure how much of a patriot you could be in that sense and he finds out that Sarah killed his wife and goes ape over it and you say you never trusted him.:laugh2:
I don't think it took a rocket surgeon to figure out they would get rid of the guy sooner or later in order to keep the tension between chuck and sarah...just like it does not take a rocket surgeon to figure out she will either go to rome with him, he will stay in burbank or something else will work out so that they are in the same area to thrive on that tension while at the same time other things crop up to keep it from being a full time full blown one on one romance.
Well...that is if it is picked up again.

Was definitely my favorite show of the season to date. Good stuff. Too bad we gotta wait 3 weeks for the next one.

Yeah, what's up with that? It seems like NBC doesn't want this show to be successful. Why would they do something like that right when they are getting into some meat and potatoes of the story line?

Shaw will be back. You can bet on that. I'm not sure about Chuck finally getting Sara. Can you say Moonlighting????? lol
The Morgan spy angle could be good though.

Yeah, I like that Morgan is in on things now. I was afraid they might try to write him out. I hope Shaw is gone though. We will see. I also like Casey being reinstated.
Oh, and Anna Woo will be back! Can't wait to see what they have in store for her.

I wish they had not made him turn, it would have been a bigger shock if he would have been a double agent or something.
But I am happy that Col. Casey is back and we now have Agent Grimes.

If Chuck wins, how do they guarantee the show would be saved? I voted nonetheless.

It wont its useless.
I heard somewhere that if every remaining episode of Chuck up until May 17th(I believe they have 3 or 4 more eps airing before than, their taking a 2 week? break) has atleast a 2.3^ it will be renewed, 2.2 puts it on the bubble and 2.1 will make it cancelled. I dont remember where I heard it, but I recall thats it.
I really hope Chuck & V get renewed, Im happy that Fringe got renewed for a 3rd season a full 22 ep order (thats my fav show on TV), and that BMS got a 12 ep order for a season 2, but if Chuck, Heroes and V all get renewed, next year will be one borrrrinnnggg year for me on TV, im hoping Chuck & either V or Heroes get the renewal nod, but I like V a hell of a lot more than I like Heroes.

V I can go either way
Chuck should be renewed
Heroes can go. It jumped the shark a long time ago.

Its depending on the ratings, V will need around a 2.7 or higher for the remaining episodes because of the high cost to produce it. It only got a 2.5 last night.
Chuck is cheaper than Heroes which averaged I believe a 2.1 last season but Chuck is not produced by NBC while Heroes is.
I think it is safe to say either Chuck or Heroes will be renewed, I dont think NBC will go into 2010-2011 with only Parenthood, The Office and Law and Order and pilots since if they renew either Heroes or Chuck that can be paired with a sci-fi/action show on Mondays, Parenthood can be paired with idc on Tuesdays, Law and Order can be paired with a law/csiy show on Wednesdays and The Office with a few comedy/sitcom shows on Thursdays, that gives the the feel of starting over with atleast a few proven draws/lead-ins. Plus with only 4 shows past season 2 they could bill it as "the new NBC" which I think they want too do.

From Josh Schwartz, the director of Chuck:
"This is not nothing," Chuck boss Josh Schwartz told me of Save One Show during an interview last week. "It's worth a lot. If we win, it's precisely the kind of thing we will bring to NBC when we make our pitch for next season. It's a great anecdotal snapshot of our fans. So it definitely means something to us and to the show."

Yeah, it does mean something. Not as much as ratings but when there is a ground swell of support, like we saw with the Subway deal, That matters.
I eat at subway most Tuesdays just so they can see an increase in volume right after the show. (I know I wont make that much difference, but if all the fans did, it would make an impression.)

Chuck is the only show I watch on NBC other than football of course. If it's canceled NBC is dead to me.

Same thing with me. If it wasn't for football and Chuck, They NBC could shut the doors and be done. I wouldn't miss it one bit.
