1. What's your oldest possession? I found a Folsom point arrow head in the deserts of New Mexico when I was a kid. Archeologists date them anywhere from 9500 to 8000 BC.
2. Do you do anything extra to protect your identity from being stolen? I shred all outdated documents that have any kind of vital information other than my name and address on it.
3. What movie reminds you most of your childhood? The Aristocats. Simply because I remember seeing it as a child and absolutely loving the banter between the two hound dogs. Every time I see it I remember the joy of childhood.
4. In your opinion, what is the best album (or CD) cover ever? Rush "Grace Under Pressure," but not the actual cover of the compilation as much as the picture on the inside cover. It was an egg in a c-clamp. It just seems to be a perfect visual image of grace under pressure.
5. Plans for the weekend? I'm going to re-arrange my work shop and organize all my tools.

1. I have some manos and metates (ancient Indian stone corn-grinding tools), and a kiva bell (ceremonial, phallic-looking stone) that date back to around the 1100s to 1300s. My dad and great-grandfather found them in the fields while plowing.
2. Not really.
3. This was tough. "To Kill A Mockingbird" was a real good answer. I would have to say "The Rookie," the movie with Dennis Quaid as the high school baseball coach/pitcher. Whenever I see that film, it reminds me of the community I grew up in -- the scenery, buildings, sunshine, the people.
4. This album cover won't mean anything to anyone else, but my parents had this album when I was a kid. It made me want to be Herb Alpert when I grew up. He looked so cool ... the posture, the smile, the pretty girl hanging on his arm. Love it.

5. Probably go to a track meet (work), a benefit walk for MS, possible cookout at neighbors, church, and work some more.

The oldest things I've had in my possession is a a kids Harmony acoustic guitar and a pair of bushnell binoculars. Both were christmas gifts from my uncle. Shred documents and am very stingy with any personal information Breakfast Club Don't know. Def Leppard Pyromania maybe. Prep before we fly out (vacation) on Sunday

My wife mows ours. I used to mow it every Saturday.
One year she decided she wanted to put lots of fertilizer down to make the lawn look better. It started growing really fast. It needed mowing by Wednesday. My wife said, the lawn needs mowing and I replied. I just mowed it about 3 days ago. I only mow on Saturday. (the hours I work, plus commute, I wasn't going to mow during the week) Needless to say, she mowed it instead and she has always mowed it every since without every saying a word.
I ask her why she keeps mowing it, she said she enjoys it. Who am I to argue! :laugh2:

The deal we made when we first bought our house is she mow the front and I'd mow the back. That lasted about a month. :laugh2:
Last year I had someone doing it for me every two weeks for $35.

Sun I could use more off, as for exercise. I go to the gym six days a week. Three times to lift and three times for cardio for about a total of six hours a week of intense exercise. Thats enough for me, unless I'm taking part in some sport. Mowing the lawn isn't a sport! :laugh2:
1. What's your oldest possession? An old desk clock that belonged to my grandmother. No idea how old it is.

I go to the gym about 3 times a week. I don't see how you can do that much cardio. I lift weights then get on the exercise bike for about 35 minutes. My legs are always sore when I get on it.

I swap days. Lift, cardio, lift, cardio, lift, cardio, rest for a day.
On cardio days, I run 2 1/2 miles at a 5% incline (about 4.7mph) I don't go long distances, just enough to get my heart rate up for about 30-45 minutes
Lifting takes me about 1 1/4 hours. I do full body workouts on lift days rather than parts like say lower body, then upper body. I prefer to do them that way because of the efficiency of doing it that way. (ie, lifting again during the time when you get the most benefit which is approximately 48 hours after you lifted last)
Also, I don't kill myself on lift days so that I'm super sore the next day. Just enough were I still lightly feel it when I go back to lift 2 days later.

It doesn't take me very long to lift weights. I put enough on there to where I do about 4 sets of 10 per machine. Then I get on the bike and set a program of hills on it. I go for 28 minutes and then 5 minutes to cool down.
