So... my daughter is THE biggest Taylor Swift fan in the world...

My wife decided to take the kids to see NYC as she has a cousin that has an apartment in Manhattan...

So they are in Nashville, TN and my wife takes a picture of my daughter in front of the Bluebird Cafe where Taylor Swift was discovered...

I commented that that was the only time I remember not seeing my daughter in her Taylor Swift concert T-shirt that I can remember. She religiously washes it almost every night to wear it the next day...

My wife agreed and had her change in to the shirt for another picture. Right after that my son wanted to exchange some games at Game Stop around the corner...

While in Game Stop, my daughter turned and there stood Taylor Swift...

She told my daughter that she saw her taking a picture in front of the Bluebird Cafe in the shirt. She said they followed her around the block and she decided to surprise her...

What a NICE young lady to do something like that...

I take full credit for the encounter... :D

We ended up eating at some real average place there on the main road. Apparently, Madeleine Stowe and her husband live on a ranch between there and Fredericksburg. The place where she had lunch on most Saturday's closed down awhile back, according to the town's barber, with whom I spoke.

What's also great about this is... look at the picture. Its a REAL picture, not one these stoic shots where they have that same face for every photo. Both in the picture thoroughly enjoyed the encounter.
