OXNARD, Calif. -- Tony Romo was feeling better, and it showed Tuesday. The Dallas Cowboys' quarterback said the flu-like symptoms that had kept him down -- but not out -- the last couple of days were gone.
"I woke up a lot better," Romo said. "I just had a little fatigue early in the morning, but then it got to where I feel pretty good. I think we're past it. It's been good. It's been a good week."
"We're going to be better, just because I think we're going to be better players from the standpoint of execution," Romo said. "Part of it is going to be some of the things we have that we're excited about. Then, the other part is our team knows it better.
