Randy Galloway
OXNARD, Calif. -- The dumbest decision of the ongoing Cowboys training camp was confirmed here Wednesday. And if it backfires, the blame should go where?
As he was departing the afternoon practice session, Jerry Jones pondered that question, then deadpanned, "strictly Wade."

"Somebody, if not everybody, including the GM, the head coach, and maybe the OC, should be fired if Romo turns up injured in San Diego."
Is he nuts. This is football. If Tony was nursing an injury then sure keep him out. However, if he's fine play him for a series or two. Its not like he doesn't need a bit of work. The offense has been pretty stinky thus far this preseason. This isn't diddlywinks for goodness sakes.

Galloway is the same guy who said the Cowboys should forfeit the Saints game last season, because there is no possible way the Cowboys could win.

Well I can't stand gallowaste, but I concur with what he's saying. You play Romo Saturday your looking for trouble. There is nothing to gain from him playing Saturday.

I would not mind seeing McGee behind Free, Holland, Gurode, Davis and Brewster for a QTR, let's see what the kid has behind that line.

same guy wanted to fire the coach 7 weeks or so before we won our last superbowl because the Cowboys were "done" and had no shot of getting out of the first round if they made the playoffs

This may be the line he plays behind on opening day. Might as well get started now.

Allow me to cross compare to the military...
This is a small training exercise, so I should NOT include a Company Commander because he might get hurt with green troops. I would then need to reprimand the Battalion Commander and then remove completely the Brigade Commander for a training exercise. Even if they were shortly going to a theatre will live fire.....
Yea, Galloway would have a National Crisis in no time, no doubt. Don't even go into lockerroom conspiracy as well.

This game doesn't work this way.
Someone goes down, the next guy steps in.
The Cowboys will scheme RT, but it looks like they are going to have to scheme RT, anyway.
Did you see Marc Colombo against Ray Edwards and that rookie from the Raiders?
The Rams drafted a guy named Saffold, and he's already got Bradford decleated once, when he totally whiffed.

That would make me wonder if he will end up in Washington as well....

He's got to go to Tampa Bay and New England first.
Randy Galloway can be cogent sometimes, but mostly, he's boorish.

Agreed. This is the same o-line he'll be playing with during the reg. He may as well learn how to run now so he won't be surprised when the live bullets start flying:laugh2:
These "don't play Romo" talkingheads are pathetic. Again, this is Foot Ball.

I wend to agree with this line of thinking. No reason to be scared if this will be our lineup then let it be. If we're afraid to let them play for fear that they'll get Romo hurt then they shouldn't be on the team.
