Cowboys ended up 14th in the league in total offense, and that is with a 41 year old backup QB, without a running game for 9 games, with Eddie George playing like he was 40 years of age, no Terry Glenn, no Dan Campbell, and a suspect right side of the O-line.

Cowboys can fill some holes in F/A and the draft and still make a return to the playoffs in 2005-06' with either of the two you just mentioned (Bledsoe/Garcia). My hope is that it is with Drew Henson. But either way, the Cowboys should be back next season. Mark it down.

The Cleaveland Steamer may not be as bad as all that. He did well in a SanFran with a good WR. In the right offense, he could still be a force. No way can he fit in with the cowboys current offense, so no thanks here.

Seriously, Jeff Garcia can start for any WCO and do well. Drew Bledsoe can start on any offense that can protect him and do well.

everyone comments on how immobile bledsoe is and how immobile vinny is. Vinny wasn't sacked that many times this year and we had no running game. add a running game and a younger vinny that doesn't have the same propensity to throw random picks while battling fits of senility and I think he could be a great mentor for Henson who although not in the same category as Vinny and bledsoe is no vick.

As for Garcia, he had an awful season on an awful team. Do I think he would fit in the cowboy offense; No. But he will have a good season starting for detroit. mariuci knows how to utilize his skills.
