I know i will be watching the Eagles/Packers at 4. I'm looking forward to that one. No matter who loses i feel like we win.

I have NFL Ticket and am looking at the schedule today. What early game to watch? I know the Giants/Panthers are on. But watching Eli is hard for me. Especially when they are winning. So i dont know if i can get excited to watch them or the Panthers.

The Patriots vs the Bengals is interesting. But it hard to route for Tom Brady and that Justin beiber looking hair. And TO and Ocho are more than annoying. But it may be a good game.

Anyone actually excited about any of the early games. I love to find an interest in other games. And no i dont play fantasy football. I know it gives boring games personal meaning. But i would be the worst fantasy player ever because i couldnt draft certain players because it may conflict with the cowboys interest.

Its opening game. What a nice problem to have.

Now if i can just get my fiance to stop thinking this ultra clean house is dirty. I know she will want me to help her clean something that is already clean when the early game is on.

I'm really intrigued by the Colts/Texans game at 1:00.

The Texans look like the have a nice offense put together and they might make a run this year, but any progress will be measured by how they do against Manning and the Colts today.

Ill watch Panthers @Giants only if the giants don't have a big lead. Otherwise, ill watch Falcons @Steelers.

Yeah, i'm interested in this game as well. The Texans will probably play really well and still find a way to lose it though.

Red Zones cool, but I could not watch that for 3 hours at a sitting. I have it in my list of hot channels, and in commercials or bad runs in the game, I will flip, but I can stay on that channel while the games are on.

I'll be pulling for Carolina and Indy. Of course I'll be keeping up with the other game as well

It's gotta be the Giants/Panthers so I can get a look at the NFC East competition, though I'll be forced to watch the Bronco/Jaguar game because of a Denver buddy who is coming over. It's all good though.

Kick their arse Panthers!

I started at 8am CDT with that abomination of a pre-game show on the NFL Network. This is the first year I've been able to watch (thank god Suddenlink made a deal for NFL Network!) and I am not impressed with that moron Faulk.

Giants Panthers

Panthers are working the Giants so far... Only a Matt Moore total bonehead throw saved them. Mosley keeps calling Perry Fewell the defensive savior for them, but on the first series I saw (after an Eli pick) they got gashed for about a 30 yard run right up the gut.

I had an NFCE implode thread... On the early early early call, maybe it's them. I already heard some boos when they couldn't get a yard on that series.

Anyways, I have no NFL ticket so my choices are NYG vs. Car or NE vs. Cincy. Just flipping back and forth between the two.

* Brandon Jacobs looks like garbage out there.

Foster is good but Kubiak has that offensive line blocking like Shanahan's old Broncos. Remember they've always been a decent running team...Steve Slaton would still be the starting RB and a 1000 yard back if he could hold onto the ball

Agreed. He not only caught it with two feet down. He hit the ground first and then he let go of the ball. He had complete control of the ball the moment he caught it.

My problem with that play: If he just tosses the ball away instead of putting it down, it's a TD.
