what is going on with this VT team? is it just a 'blood in the water' thing from the other teams? they actually believe they can beat them now so they are playing beyond their skill level? or is VT really not good to begin with?

VT has talent. They have just gave up on the season.

Finally VT turned it in on the 2nd half with a 28-3 finish to the game, and 28 unanswered points.

The D is very young and not deep. In time (that being late 2010, 2011 and 2012) this will be a good D as there is plenty of talent.

On O, as its been this entire decade, Brian Stinespring (OC) is terrible, the system is highly flawed and outdated, and simply underperforms. There is too much talent on the O not to be scoring 40+ per game this year
