With the Dallas Cowboys' season possibly hanging in the balance, coach Wade Phillips will travel to Houston this weekend with his job seemingly safe regardless of the outcome of Sunday's game with the Texans.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones gave Phillips a vote of confidence in an interview Friday with Dallas radio station KESN-FM.
Asked if Phillips was coaching for his job, Jones said, “I can just give you a very affirmative no.”
