IRVING – A week from today, Felix Jones of the Cowboys and Tennessee's Chris Johnson are scheduled to be on the same field.

It could be an uncomfortable time for Jones and the Cowboys.

In the 2008 draft, the Cowboys used the 22nd overall pick to select Jones over Johnson. More than two years later, Johnson is the NFL's defending rushing champion, while Jones is not even among the top 10 in rushing for the 2008 draft class.

That draft has become known for its running backs.

They need to get him the ball more, I don't if it's running or passing!

Another brilliant move on Garrett's part! I'm sure Jerry has a lot of input on it as well.

I think we should take the Jimmy approach. Use them and abuse them until they can't give anymore. This is a short game for RB's anyway...it's almost like we are saving him for something.

Chances are he's running out of time in the game to "bust out".

The fact that he's clearly the best rb we've got yet Garrett is non-committal. Anybody that thinks he's not the most explosive player we have on offense is kidding themselves, and for some reason we walk on egg shells because he got hurt twice. If he gets hurt so be it...but don't be afraid to use him! I've seen what Barber can do...I want to see what Felix can do full time.

If we get hurt what are the consequences?
1. We still have Choice.
2. Since we don't use him because we are afraid he will get hurt then if he gets hurt we won't be losing much because we don't use him much anyway.
Like the old adage "The person who don't read isn't much better than the person who can't read." The person who isn't used isn't much better than the person who is hurt.
