In the SF-Atl game, a blocked punt into the end zone and a guy gets the ball with both feet down just short of the end line. Five point play.

Lions cannot get out of their own way. They were driving earlier in the red zone and the wr slipped causing a pick.... now best is wide open in the flat for an easy first and a lot more but slips and falls down.... luckily the pack had 12 on the field, automatic first

Goodness. Jonathan Stewart was so open on that touchdown he almost tackled himself going. I don't know what that safety was thinking trying to help out on a tight end and leaving Stewart open unless he simply just didn't see him.
