The Titans are 2-2. They could easily be 4-0. But they've gotten a couple of weird bounces, and they've hurt themselves with a league-high tying 37 penalties for a league-high 344 yards.

I wouldn't say 'could easily be 4-0.' They got dominated by the Steelers up until the end when they made a run. Could easily be 3-1, but I wouldn't say 4-0.
