IRVING – This seems like the perfect time for Tony Romo to end the debate about whether he's an elite quarterback or simply a talented athlete who piles up gaudy passing statistics, but doesn't win the games that matter most.
Feel free to disagree, but Romo is among the NFL's best quarterbacks.
Not Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and Drew Brees good – at least not yet – but he's certainly on the next level with Aaron Rodgers and Philip Rivers.
But it's time for Romo to show his teammates with his performances that he's ready to take them where they want to go. When Romo plays the way he did against Houston, the Cowboys' most recent opponent, Dallas usually wins.
