I think your dead on, Luck has 49ers written all over him. One possible move if Dallas ends up with a worse record than the 49ers is trading down a few spots with them.
The Alex Smith era is mercifully coming to an end.
That would be ideal in my eyes. A trade down two or three spots can net you an extra 3rd rounder or more.

Koulianos is sick. Doesn't put up flashy numbers but he'll good a good player in the NFL.

Not only that but I could see the Niners hiring Harbaugh as well. I just have a feeling that the move to the NFL for Luck will also be when Harbaugh leaves Stanford.

That's a good call.
Clint Boling sucks. The entire UGA offensive line has resembled Dallas' this whole season; Aaron Murray has been running for his life. I want no part of any UGA lineman.

A sleeper that I really like is KeShawn Martin out of Michigan State. He's very elusive, fluid and dynamic (punt/kick returner). He's got decent size at 5'11" 185 lb; think Mark Clayton (former Raven now Ram).

Having a chance to draft Andrew Luck and trading away the opportunity would probably haunt us for 15 years. You don't get many chances to draft a franchise QB.
If Kitna doesn't play well, we're staring at a top 5 pick, and there isn't a single OT worthy of a pick that high.

I'm pretty sure we have more needs than just OT.
Like FS, CB, ILB, OG (2), SS when we let Sensy walk.
