Billick is a ways down on my list honestly... I'd prefer Gruden and Fisher over him.

I like Billick's strong presence, he seems to be a leader and intelligent,,, but what the heck is his coaching area of expertise? He was supposed to an offensive mastermind and throughout his Ravens tenure his offense sucked badly and the defense was fantastic.

I'd keep Garrett, I would like to see him with his total offense with his players, inc. OL... But Bill B. would be OK...

After living in Baltimore for the last 8 years, for the love of god no. Please say NO to Billick. He let the inmates run the asylum just as much as cupcake.

Watching Billick run the team on Hard Knocks I grew an appreciation for him. Will it work here? Who knows. But, it would be very intriguing to see Marvin Lewis as the DC here.

Can you give us more insights and examples? I'm sincerely curious. He always seemed to talk a good game, but his delivery seemed subpar (especially on offense).
