After watching the press confernce and hearing Jerry comment on the mistakes he made throwing rookie QB's in the starting position before they are ready.

Comments on how to win in today's league as compared to the past. How a team can be bad one year and good the next with a good mixture of FA's and the draft.

I really start to think that Jerry is really benefitting himself by having Parcells and his knowledge of the game. I think when Parcells decides to part from the game Jerry will have a diffrent perception of the game.

we've all seen him grow into the role of GM, to the point that he has recognized superior talent in the person of Parcells and been willing to give up much of his influence for the betterment of the team. he was just a cocky upstart when he bought the team, but his business savvy and yes football knowledge have made him a very well informed owner, and i wouldn't trade him right now for any other owner. when he finally hands over the reins to stephen jones (who is also learning a tremendous amount) i think the football world in general will recognize his impact on the modern game. my hat's off to him...
