These questions pertain to Derrick Burgess, and Tony Williams.

1. I see that a lot of people seem to be high on Derrick Burgess DE from Philly. My question is why?
I realize he had a couple good games in the Playoffs, but he had 2.5 sacks last year, and did not play the 2 years before that. He has never seemed like anything more than a very average player. Am I missing something here?

2. If you have actually watched Tony Williams play I am very interested in your opinion of him? I have really just paid attention to him twice, which was last year. But, when I did watch him last year he looked awfully strong in the middle. He broke his ankle early in the year when George Foster of the Broncos chopped him. He has some of the biggest arms I have ever seen. He definetly is a physical specimen. Any thoughts on him?

I'll take the Burgess question.

I am high on Burgess because I think he can be a 3-4 OLB or a 4-3 DE. If we plan to switch back and forth he fits quite well. His career has been slowed by injury but he has flashed pure pass rush skill.

He's 6'2" 266 and runs well.

He also can handle the run. He is much stronger than his size would indicate against the run.

It would be a plus for us and substraction for Philly.
