Eli Manning had thrown two interceptions, his Giants had just surrendered a 93-yard punt return, and they trailed Dallas, 20-7.

But with 8:53 left in the second quarter, New York drove 80 yards for a touchdown. They forced a three-and-out, then drove 44 yards for another touchdown and recovered a fumble to set up Lawrence Tynes' 53-yard field goal with seven seconds left.

The Giants have not looked back. They are on a five-game winning streak.

The Cowboys have not gotten back up. They are on a five-game losing streak.

In the last game between the NFC East rivals on Oct. 24, New York overwhelmed Dallas with five straight scoring drives for a 38-20 lead with 9:35 left in the third quarter. They outscored the Cowboys, 31-0, over that 14:08 stretch.

The 41-35 win steadied a Giants team that opened 1-2. They returned from their bye week with a 41-7 victory over Seattle.

"It was just the fact that we continued to support each other, believed in each other," Giants coach Tom Coughlin said of the Dallas game. "I think our resiliency and our ability to support one another in difficult times, to fight our way back into the ballgame said a lot first of all about our players."
