Haha, Muhsin Muhammed went to the Bears. I bet he thought that McNabb was a schmuck.

I'm just glad that he didn't go to the Eagles. Scary thought of TO and Muhsin on the same team.

Why would they want Muhammed anyway when they have TO?

Why wouldn't they. Nothing wrong with having 2 good WRs.

Unlike Keyshawn Johnson, Terrell Owens and Muhsin Muhammad are possession guys who can double as deep threats.

I think McFlab and Owens probably scared off Muhammad with their "special" bond

McNabb probably got to the crucial part of asking Muhammed to come to Philly, and then he inexplicably got the dry-heaves and couldn't finish. Trotter probably had to finish the pitch for him.

Deep threat.
They already have plenty of deep threats.

Yeah like Andy Reid's fat a** getting in the way of a pass downfield from the sideline. That is a threat to their deep ball.

He knows that going to philly would be a bad move. If philly gets another guy who needs the ball it will get TO "its all about me" crying. That coupled with the NFC having to get better, they come quickly back to being an 8-8 team.

Muhammed is 32 or 31 and he didn't care about winning in this stage of his career. He isn't that type of player. He was moreso worried about getting his money before he retires which he did with Chicago. Why else would you go to the Bears at this stage of their development at 32? Grossman surely ain't no Manning!

Why wouldn't he care about winning? That is why you play the game: to win and to get paid in the process. Do you think coming up second best in the SB was satisfying to him? The Bears probably showed him the money and they are an up and coming young team that could use his veteran experience to get better. If Grossman had not been injuried, trust me he would done much better than Eli did in NY.

I never wanted him on the Cowboys. Muhammed was always known as not being as great as he was touted out of college. Never lived up to his expectations. So why would I want him at 32 when he finally did something during his career?

And be real. Chicago has several years before they do anything IMO. I am not a fan of Grossman and don't think he will be anything but an average QB.
