2004 was the most difficult season of the veteran's career. He played in 13 games and started 12, but was inactive for the final three games of the regular season as well as the playoff contest at Indianapolis as he was slowed by abdomen and knee injuries.

I wouldn't be suprised if he didn't do well outside of the Denver Broncos / Atlanta Falcons system.

Depends on the injuries. He was inactive due to the injuries, but wasn't put on IR. I believe the guy who replaced him played too well to hand the spot back to Neil.
