What's the word on Gary Baxter out of Baltimore

I heard on espn yesterday that he supposedly turned down a contract from them that included a $10mil signing bonus. It was Clayton who said it for what it's worth

I saw that to. Any hopes of this guy coming in and playing Safety are pipe dreams. I can not see anybody giving him 10+ as a bonus to come in and play Safety.

I am not privy enough to what the free agent market will be for those guys to know what is reasonable and what is not. I just do not want to over pay I guess is my point. For example: the Redskins getting Rolle for a rumored $15 mil signing bonus is flat out crazy. We have some $ to spend. Lets spend it wisely.

So, the fact that he just finished turning down 10 Million in signing bonus alone (just posted earlier in the thread) ,Not including base salary, does not seem expensive?

This guy is not going to come and play FS for us. Not even a remote possability IMO.
