Yeah, 90% of them aren't. A few of the replies are the only part you could put here...

I was just told by a cop that my party was the most epic party they ever crashedTrue story. In college for a while I lived in a house with three other fraternity brothers. It was, as you can imagine, a party house. Cops were called on countless occasions, but literally twice we had the cops actually ask if they could come by after their shift was over.
