He had a huge senior bowl week, he is probably a late 2nd early 3rd prospect right about now. Runs a 4.49, 6'0 202 pds, if we don't go DB in the 1st I hope we can land him. Anyone else want him/got comments about him?

What is it with all of these gusy doing well at the SR. Bowl. I was hoping that we could get Watkins (Baylor OG) in the 4th but now it looks likes he played his way into the 2nd; maybe late first. Don't these guys know that by playing well the cowboys can not get good value for them.:laugh2:

Watkins is 27, he'll fall into the 2nd probably 3rd.

This guy scares me because I think he's someone we would like. He has nice size and athletic ability but he has zero football IQ. Brown's the type of corner who looks lost sometimes and will give up a big play due to a mental breakdown. He's not bad when he's allowed to sit back in zone and read the backfield and he will be aggressive in the run game. I'd be careful with this kid.

Would much rather have Johnny Patrick from Louisville who has a similar stock.

Neither him nor his teammate Jimmy Smith like to tackle/run support. In fact, if you watch him play you'll see a guy who shys away from contact. I have no taste for that crap; your corners don't have to be Dick Butkus, but they have to be willing tacklers.
