I'm sure Henry came here to start, if he is signed. Who else are we gonna start on the right side? Frazier? Hunter coming off an injury? I don't think so.

I keep thinking that Henry and Law are both coming here. One of them (probably Law) will play FS. Smoot and the guys wanting $10 mil+ SB will go elsewhere.

BP wants to get quality players in here in a quantitative manner. It's the NE approach: a team of good players and no superstars.

I wouldn't want Ty Law. There's not much tread left on those tires. I'd rather have Sharper.

I keep thinking that Henry and Law are both coming here. One of them (probably Law) will play FS...

Law would be a GREAT FS. Better than Henry....

OR, we could splurge and get Law and put Henry at NB then get Sharper :D

I swear that I just read in JJTs column something about Henry AND Lucas or Law. Maybe I read it wrong. But now, I can't even find it.

I agree. I think Henry COULD be a good FS, but he hasn't played it in the NFL so we don't know for sure.

Henry is our starting cornerback, why some people think he is a nickel back is beyond me. He just isn't as big of a name as the other cbs, but I would take him over anyone in terms of value other than lucas...

Alright. I found it. It's from his "Inside Valley Ranch" article.

Here'e the qoute:

TAYLOR: I think Dallas will strike fast and attempt to get several guys singed within the first couple of weeks so they can then focus all of their attention on the draft. I don't know if they'll get them all, but they're going to try."

u guys football knowledge is zero! Henry has never been a free safety he is a quality starting cb! he is not our safety and is not going to be our safety! signed for depth? hello he is a quality starting CB, 17 picks in his 4yrs. we havn't had that here.... 10 picks in 1yr. 6'1" 205 good pickup.

I think Henry started as a FS. He was switched to CB.

You would have to show that to me. I am pretty sure that he started as a FS. I could be wrong but seems like I remember that.

OK, well, I say he was a FS because as I recall, I watched him there. I mean, I could be wrong, Lord Knows, I could be but this is what I remember. I guess it really doesn't matter and to be honest, I have no way of proving it. I'm content to have him as a CB but in time, I'm sure we'll find out if he can play FS or not.

No biggie. He gets the bennifit of the doubt as it's his team. Still in all, I'm sure it will come out if he has, in fact, played FS. These writers will be reporting evey angle once he's inked.
