Big time!!
But now we have to worry about Green Bay passing us, they have four and they were injured as hell this year plus they lost Driver and Woodson in this game and they're one of the youngest teams with a great QB.
It appears they're poised to be a serious threat for quite a while...

Best thing that has happened in my sports world since last summer.
I live amongst steeler fans, .. at church, at work, at ball games, at WalMart, at Kroger, at the gas station, at the mall. Where ever I go.
I can not find the words to explain what a relief this is.
I am so glad they lost.
Rothleisberger makes me sick.

Super Bowl overall looked pretty mediocre. Some of it due to things out of their control (the weather) but still no excuse for not planning ahead to make sure the extra seats would get clearance by the fire marshal. And the turf seemed pretty crappy, not only visually but with the slipping. Is it normal for them to just overlay the new logos onto the old turf or should they have just replaced the entire field with a new turf?

I feel your pain. I live in the thick of Squeeler Nation. It was getting pretty bad. I was getting hammered every day up until the Super Bowl. This feels great! I told Squeeler fans that there was a curse. That there was no way they would win in Cowboys Stadium. Not today, nor in two seasons when they come to visit us in our house. Feels great! May the curse live on!

I'm really glad Roger didn't have to hand the trophy over to the scumbags from Pittsburgh.

Dude, I lived in Texas just about my entire life. No way should the weather be considered a factor. It's Texas and that was fluke. But the game was not. The better team won. All in all, this Super Bowl was a success considering the Squeelers LOST!

It reminded me of the 1966 NFL Championship game, except we weren't the ones who got beat in Dallas.

Very Happy. I did not want the Steelers and all their fake morality winning one in our house. The fact is that the Steelers are low down and dirty and are lead by a rapist.

It really won't matter I suppose. Until Jerry dies or decides to pull his head out of his rectum everyone in the visinity will pass us in super bowl wins. Sooner or later they have to start to build on their past greatness again.
I am relieved though that the Cowboys aren't 2 down to Putzburgh again.

The way I see it, it's just one less team the media can try and anoint as America's Team.
At least for this year.

Happy as heck!!!
I didn't want any stealers winning anything, especially here in Arlington. I hope this is the begining of the end for Pittsburg. I happy Flo didn't get his ring, and looked forward to seeing Hines Ward crying after his SB loss. :D (i didn't see it but, i know he did.)
Well, after today i'll go back to being mad about why my Cowboys can't get to a SB.

You got that right! The media wanted to give it to the sAINTS, now the Stealers? I wish they would stop.

Was dreading this game cause I was afraid steelers would win. thank God Packers won. I will be happy for a long time. Now if only the Cowboys would finally win another SB. Don't like this drought; it's not acceptable.

Well I was hoping both team buses crashed on the way to the game and it was cancelled til 2023.
Am I happy the Stealers lost, yes. Am I happy to see the birth of a young great QB in our conference, on a young and tradition rich franchise, that we will have to deal with if we ever want another ring......nope.
This was a lose lose in my book.

HUGE sigh of relief!
When our season was clearly lost, all I wanted was for the Giants and StEAlers to lose. The Packers made both of these things happen. Our loss to GB was also the final nail in cupcake's coffin. Thanks GB. On a side note, screw you Baltimore for prolonging my agony unnecessarily by absolutely giving away the game to Pitt a few weeks ago!
C'mon draft!!!

I'm in the same situation here. Steelers fans everywhere including my immediate family. All season long I've been like the Grinch at the top of MT Crumpet just hating the Who and waiting for the sounds of those Whos to start crying Boo Hoo Hoo and it never happened until today.
I just wish I would have been invited to my parents Super Bowl party to witness the crying of some thirty Steelers fans first hand.
I'm still getting a bit irritated that the media(Mike and Mike in the morning) saying that Ben didn't play that bad and was not the reason they lost. Give me a break! If you are going to rip Tony Romo for every playoff loss and give Ben credit for the win in Super Bowl XL when he had a 22.5 QB rating then he absolutely deserves to get the blame for this loss. He threw 2 INT's that resulted in 14 Packer points and missed a wide open Mike Wallace that would have been a TD. That adds up to 21 points in a game you lost by 6. Big Ben must be the ultimate Teflon Man.

Is it me or was Ben poor in the pocket? It seems as if he needs the chaos so he can extend the play. I was taken aback as to how much better he was outside the pocket. The Steelers maybe should have created more broken plays and let Ben thrive outside the pocket.

Relieved and elated.
Not just that the Steelers didn't win a 7th in our house, but also that (and I'm not a Ben hater) that Roethlisberger not yet again play horribly and still win another ring...then have people putting him in the same sentence as Aikman, Brady and others that have 3.
He may get his 3rd but I'd prefer he at least earn it....maybe like he did vs Arizona. I've watched almost every Super Bowl and two of the worst all-time performances by a QB belong to Ben. yet the guy has two rings
The Steelers will get a 7th sometime, and Ben may get a 3rd, but not this year!

To me, any Pittsburgh or Washington loss is almost as good as a Cowboys win, anytime.

Happy because the only thing worse then the STeelers getting a Superbowl win at Jerry's world would have been the Eagles/Redskins/Giants winning it there. Don't want the STeelers pulling away from the COwboys and getting their 7th SB.

Same thing here, parents, two brothers and a sister and everyone in their families. Like you, I'm not invited to watch Steeler games.
Only my wife and two sons are Cowboys fans with me. But that's perfect.

I agree with every word, .. the Mike and Mike part, the Big Ben part, Romo, the pics, the big miss.
I kept telling my wife after Woodson went down and Shields got nicked, (I think that was his name) I told her they are going to try and go deep to Wallace some time.
When Big Ben missed him I told her we, I mean they ;) , may have just got real lucky there. I told her that may be a big play when we look back at this thing.
I can't imagine having a serial rapist as the face of your franchise, .. that has to be embarassing.
