can soembody help me, i've been seeing everybody talking about dwight smith but i dont know who he is can somebody help me out.

FS/CB...is the guy who was arrested the other day for flashing a pellet gun. Was also the guy who picked off two INTs and scored on both occasions against the Raiders in the Super Bowl.

He is a safety for Tampa Bay. He has played both safety positions and corner in his career, but essentially played FS last year. He is only 26 years old and actually returned two picks for TDs in Tampa's SB win over Oakland.

He is a young guy who I hope slips under the radar and Dallas can sign to a relatively modest contract.

He has mentioned that he wants to play corner and not safety, although I suspect that is simply a matter of wanting the bigger payday that corners get.

He also recently got arrested for brandishing a BB gun at some kids at a McDonalds at 4 AM which is a bit of a black mark on his record.

Cant add much more than Junk added. Ill just say that I live in Sarasota, 40 miles from Tampa and have seen Smith alot. I have been to several games and watched even more on TV living so close to Tampa, and Smith is a great football player. Tough nosed player who hits hard, makes alot of Ints and would fit good in our secondary.
