maybe Hoss thought it was kind of wrong?
Those skill things- didn't Jumungus ace them? Jeff George as well?

Ryan Mallet was the one who won it, and hes going to fall due to intangibles questions. Its totally meaningless

I still think Andy Dalton's capable of starting in the NFL in the future.

Mallett had like 340 pts, Locker and Dalton had nearly 100 pts less. Pretty bad performance by Locker. Supposed to be challenging Mallett but he finds himself in the company of the mid-rounder Dalton:laugh2:

This is a very poor year for QBs. There is not one of them that really looks like he will ever make the pro bowl. Locker is a mess; Mallet has multiple problems; Gabbert looks the best but he certainly has not set the world on fire.

The thread mocking Locker seems to have disappeared :p:They changed his score from 50 to 120. I felt it was pointless.
I still was not impressed with him at all and would not take him even in the 3rd round.

He shouldn't have finished 2nd....
If you watched it they adjusted his score upwards after he competed. He initially was very low.
He was clearly the least accurate QB in attendance and when he missed he missed badly.
Locker has serious accuracy questions to answer.

I haven't been impressed with Locker whenever I've seen him, his going back to school was great news for a team that might otherwise have selected him last year and been stuck with a pretty average QB, terrible for his wallet though.

I don't know about that burm.
I agree that there may not be a Ryan, Stafford, or Bradford--who can step in a nd start on day one....and do well.
But I bet 5-6 QBs will eventually start down the road.
Maybe a whopping 12-14 will stick in all...but not all will be starters..
It did hurt losing the very top prospect in Luck.
But for teams looking to bring in a possible future starter who are willing to let the player develop for a year or two, it looks pretty strong to me.

He is horribly inaccurate. I said I wouldn't take him in the 3rd round. I wouldn't take him in any of the top 6 rounds. Waste of a draft pick.
