NEW ORLEANS -- The lockout between the players and owners has haulted league business.

Things are so bad agents can't talk with NFL teams.

And with a lockout it means the voluntary offseason workouts can't begin.

There are four Cowboys players who get paid for the offseason workouts: DeMarcus Ware (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=8426) ($500,000), Igor Olshansky ($100,000), Jon Kitna (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=1383) ($100,000) and Keith Brooking (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=1448) ($100,000) must attend a certain percentage of the workouts to receive the extra bonus.
