Per NFL Network. Would rather see him go there than New York.

GREAT NEWS if true!!! Vikes won't draft a WR w/ #1, Williamson zooms up to 2nd rated WR in draft behind Edwards which leaves MW as 3rd rated WR which means.....MW could be there at #11 for the 'Boys..... :D Dreams really can come true???!!! :)
Would Washington let Williams slip past them?

Too perfect. They trade in one primadonna, headcase only to turn around and try and sign another.
Those guys are screwed up.

If he does sign there, then Minny will most likely go Defense with thier first pick.

but one is not as bad and can actualyy run routes rather than ask for the ball jsut thrown up so he can jump for it

That's a fair point but still, your talking about Burress taking the place of Moss. Not gonna happen.

I don't know about the "not as bad" part. Don't know how you would determin that one but as I posted earlier, no way does Burress put up numbers close to Moss IMO. Doesn't matter how he runs routs.

Yeah, that's who's worrying me right now. IF Coles stays put or is traded for Santana Moss, then I'd be breathing easier. They'd probably go in a different direction other than WR. Anxiously waiting on how this will play out.....

plenty of teams drafting ahead of us can use a wide receiver. i don't think we will take a wide receiver number one, nor will we have a shot at either williams or edwards.

Did you see the Vikings last season? Minny should go defense for the whole first day of the draft. All they need offensively is a running back.

Very astute, Dale... from what I read in the Washington area papers, the Skins really, really like MW... if he's on the board, I'd rate it about 80-20 that they take him...

I think was the first time I have ever heard the Giants mentioned on this message board (except for the week you're playing them).

Even if Plax signs with Minny, I'd be willing to bet they take Edwards or Williams if they are still on the board.
The only way they don' do this is if they finish that trade for Boldin OR if they really love some D player who is still there.
