I admit I don't stay current on everything, .. I realize that.
I don't tweet, or text, or jump on all of the sport sites every day.
But what have I missed here?
Did Dez put anthrax in the ventilation system at the mall?
Did Dez plant a bomb or call in a fake bomb scare?
Did he rape some nuns at the mall?
Did he shoplift?
Did he spraypaint windows at the mall?
And what are all of the things that he has done in the past that are so bad?
Someone help me here.
I am afraid the media has targeted him like they did T.O. and everything will become a national issue with Dez whether it is anything at all or not.

No, he's a Dallas Cowboy drafted by Jerry Jones in the first round after Jimmy Johnson or Bill Parcells. That makes him worse than any man who would do all of the things you've described.

You'd think that Dez got caught trafficing drugs to teenagers for a 2nd time the way he's getting grilled.
No major media member has 'sounded off' on Jolly's issues, or Jason Peter's resisting arrest.
The lights are brighter in Dallas, but they sure are hypocritical too.

This would be like hearing an Osama bin Laden video speech on a dumb US policy. What do we care what our enemies think?
Thanks, anyway, Joe. I was more ragging on Joe Theismann than your greatly appreciated efforts.

Oh so Dez was banned from every mall in the area, huh? Please, Theismann. You don't know jack. Deion turned his back on Dez, not the other way around. Get your facts right, little Joey.

You know what I would love to come of this whole Deion dissing of Dez?
Michael Irvin going ape-crap on Deion and severing ties with him and subsequently leading to Deion being expunged from the Cowboys' memory. That would be nice.

Everybody and their neighbor is weighing in on this Dez thing. Should've know an ex-Skins player would have to sound off too.
:laugh2: I cannot watch that video of him breaking his leg again! It makes me cringe to watch it.
An Eagles player (Jason Peters) just got arrested with a Rap artist. I wonder if that will get as much attention? At least Dez didn't go to jail.

Bryant is a Dallas Cowboy, so Theisman can't help but talk about him. And it's not like there are any Redskins ever worth talking about, so Theisman constantly finds himself talking Cowboys anyways.

theisman said when he was in Dallas he heard about things Dez was doing, this would have been pre mall I think. Did he say what those things were? I can't listen to his voice for the whole interview.

The lights are brighter in Dallas, but they sure are hypocritical too. That's a fact of life for the Cowboys. Jerry Jones has worked hard to ensure that is the case. No one cares about Doug Jolly, because he's Doug Jolley and he isn't a Cowboy. There isn't anything hypocritical about it at all.

Thanks, .. I loved that!!
Those were the days!!
And now we know the rest of the story of why Joe hates anything Dallas.
Can you blame him?
And I think they mentioned it was his birthday.

I remember watching that game live (on TV). When the final few seconds were ticking off the clock, the entire Texas Stadium crowd starting singing happy birthday to Theisman. :laugh2:

Anytime I watched the 1982 Skins Championship vs us, and I think of Theisman's anger building up along with crackhead Dexter Manley. I think of that good nice little *** whooping we displayed on him in 85, and a couple of Monday night blowouts we had vs his team. This dude gets any chance to hate us, and doesn't he work with Irving as well? Remember in 92 when he said we were an average team that wouldn't win the superbowl? LOL

Thank you. The Cowboys get more exposure - good or bad - than almost any other NFL franchise. It's a part of being "America's Team."
I don't know what's more amusing - everyone commenting on the Dez incident or Cowboys fans getting worked up over this as if it's unexpected.

I love you CJ and everything you bring to this board, I really do. But Theismann is a clown and always has been. Who CARES what he says about anything...just saying.
