You know that time you stubbed your toe and the blinding pain caused you to shout a string of choice words that would make your mother cringe? Turns out you weren't being rude — you were easing the pain.

One would think I would never be in pain if this were true.

One would think that during cowboy games my nerve endings would be numb.

Well they are not and I am not pain free.

It doesn't work. I just stubbed 3 toes walking into the room. Been cussing a blue streak for 5 mins now and my foot is still throbbing. This is the first time I have grabbed a cold beer to put on my toes.
