IF possible, which player would get drafted the most times?

I know every teams has their draft board setup. What if every team could draft thier #1 rated player on the board.

What if a player was draft and he was still available to be drafted again over and over.


Based off the top need of each team, if you did the draft for all 32 teams and allowed a player to be draft more then once, what player/s would be drafted the most.

Is there 1 stud player who would be draft by all 32 teams as thier #1 pick?
I am curious to see how many players would be drafted and how many times.
