Cowboys front office feeling handcuffed
Personnel moves on hold until labor strife is resolved.

ARLINGTON — The NFL's labor strife is “frustrating” the Dallas Cowboys in a number of areas, team executive vice president Stephen Jones admitted Tuesday.
One headache related to the work stoppage stems from the lack of contact between the club and its players, particularly wide receiver Dez Bryant.
