Just wondering which bike other cycle fans like?
Here is Senior's bike.

This is Junior's bike.

I like a little bit of both. The grill accent piece on Senior's bike is great, but I really don't like the boxiness over the rear fender and the head light. Yeah, that's an element that Cadillac incorporates into a few of their vehicles but it doesn't mean I have to like it on a bike.
The lines of Junior's bike just say smoooooooooooooooooth from the gas tank through the seat and back across the rear fender. Sweet emotion curves there. The face plate over the V-twin is pretty sharp and the dual exhaust splitting out to four exhausts is eye catching as well. I bet that mutha sounds like nothing else. Vinnie always has a thing for his exhausts sounding tough.
Senior's bike reminds me more of a Caddy, however it looks like a OCC bike redesigned to look like a Caddy. Not enough "custom" for my tastes.
Junior's bike looks like a custom bike with Caddy accents.
Gotta go with Junior's.

I'd take the seniors. I prefer the sleek look.

It's not even close really. These pictures really don't do Junior's bike justice. It's a much nicer bike with a lot more work put into it than the one from OCC.

I went and caught the final video of the build off.
Junior's bike kicks Senior's to the curb, spins dirt on it, and laughs as it drives away.
No kickstand??? Hydraulic frame lift? Off the freaking chain. The back fender seems a bit cheesy and overdone to my taste, I openly prefer Senior's dual exhaust pipes. Senior went for raw power and topping out at 210 horses, he got what he went after.
I won't spoil the vote, but its 100,000 to 6700.

I haven't liked any of Sr's bikes since Jr left this one included. I give this one to Jr.

Sr's bike looks like it represents the Cadillac CTS-V. Jr's looks like it represents the Escalade.

There are aspects of both I like.
I thought it was odd that Junior did pretty much an exact copy of the tail end but left the pipes out of the back end which seems to be a pretty distinctive part of the back end of the car. While Sr had the pipes located there but did not do as much detail on the back end.
I liked the idea that Sr did with the big motor and the nitrous tank to show the power of the bike with reflects on the car as the car is very powerful.
I like the grated gas tank area on Sr's bike as well.
Although I like the kickstand feature I think the pipes looked wrong for Jrs bike as it looked nothing like something that would match the car.
I also noticed that Jr had the caddy emblem on the front and back fenders but I don't recall the same for Sr's bike.
I like aspects of both but all in all I give the nod to Jrs for being closer to the caddy car.
One thing that got me is that neither did the paint in White. Pretty much everyone on Jr's side told him to go with white yet he stuck with black. I think the white would have been stunning.

Couple of other things to consider.
Junior had less resources and man power to do the job. Heck both talked during the project of how OCC had more resources to do these things yet in the end JR will probably win. The reason he will probably win is the hydraulic lift/drop for a kickstand.
Something I have noticed from this show and current biker build off between the two.
Junior is finally starting to do more of what Sr always complained about.
Working longer hours, being there more (for the most part), being on time, taking things more serious from a ownership/management area.
Sr is the type that will probably never be happy, will always find something to complain about, has issues himself that he projects on to his son and has a victim mentality to a degree. However with all of that Jr was a pain in previous versions of the show and I think it went beyond the producers/directors trying to paint him in any light.
I think being on his own has finally made him mature some and take more responsibility instead of taking so many things for granted.
In the split it looks like both have won.
I don't think they will ever have a happy happy joy joy type of relationship down the road but maybe they will be able to respect each other a tad more.

Junior's bike isn't even realistic. It would bottom out if you rode it over a pebble.
Personally, If I were buying a bike, I would look elsewhere. I'm not a fan of either of their work.

If they were the only two choices and I had the money of course I'd go with Jr. Sr just does a variation of the bikes he's done before.

Jr did more building than Sr did. Although Sr doesn't really have to and Jr does. Sr pretty much delegates everything and just shows up to make changes. I just don't care for Sr. I know it's business but you don't do the things he's done to your son.

I do like this one though. Kicks the crap out of both of those bikes.
Needs a better paint job though. Something that sticks out more and punches you in the nads. Powder blue is for Justin Bieber's crew.

I don't like either one personally. I do however like the bike senior is sitting on in the commercial. The one with the skull and crossbones.
Not a fan of gimmick bikes. Not a fan of bikes with doo dads and all the bells and whistles. All of that stuff is lame IMO. Hydraulics? *facepalm*
Ask the people that really know bikes....the ones that build their own....and they'll laugh at you and your 30" wide rear rubber.

Some of my thoughts.
I do not like Senior's bike at all except for the power. I think Jason did a terrible job designing that bike to be quite truthful. I actually think it is ugly except for the mesh grill on the side of the tank area. It doesn't remind me of a Cadillac at all. Don't get me wrong here either, I like Jason. I find him to be funny and quite talented. I just think this bike's only real redeeming feature is the power.
I hate the exhaust on Junior's bike. It's cool that it doubles as the kickstand when the hydraulics set it down, but it doesn't remind me of a Cadillac. The work that went into the back fender, especially with the use of actual tail lights, is outstanding. But I have to tell you, the gas tank that Brendan did is the most impressive part to me. I thought it absolutely captured the features of the hood and even the front of the car with the two side chrome pieces.
I like Junior's bike a lot more.

Juniors, if I had no plans to ever ride the thing. Seniors if I did.
Junior is obviously a much better designer than Sr's group, so design wise, it'll never be a contest.

Holy crap! When I posted my comments above just a few minutes ago I went to discovery.com and looked at the voting and the bidding. Senior's bike was $23,000 and Junior's was $105,000 on the auctions.
Senior's is now up to $50,000 and Junior's exploded to $600,000.
Matt Hotch, get a TV show.

Yes I liked Hotch's work as well.
I wish they came back with the old biker build off shows.
Much better than the OCC show IMO.
Liked the different styles and sometimes even if you did not care for a specific style, you could always appreciate the work that went into it.

This is very true. In fact, they don't really "build" most of their bikes at all. They assemble.
IMO, the real bike builders are the guys that design, fabricate, build motors, paint, tune, etc....themselves. Rather than delegating that work to others. Using tools like the water powered autolathe or whatever to make wheels and such....just not my style. I suppose the technology is pretty cool, but I'm a fan of traditional spoke wheels. Way too much chrome IMO too.....
Each to their own, but I want my bike to be original form the ground up.

Very true, but the show has never really been about the bikes, it's always been about the family's interaction with each other and the rest of the employees.
The bikes aren't really "characters" in the grand scheme of things, it's always been about them yelling at each other and the bikes have played second fiddle.

I just think there are some awesome builders out there who build great bikes without themes. Again, I like the themes, so that isn't the issue.
Indian Larry's last bike where he build an all chain frame was awesome. Larry's protege, Paul Cox does some of the best leather work I have ever seen.
Shinya Kimura, a Vegas builder does stuff that I truly admire. He hand polishes all the metals for his builds and rarely paints the bikes. I think he's the one who also combined a shovelhead and a panhead on one bike. Now that is talent.
Roger Goldammer is probably the best builder of them all. At least he is the guy that all the bike builders vote for. He has won their build off 3 times. No one else has even won it twice as far as I know.
Matt Hotch is probably my favorite followed very closely by Billy Lane and I still like the old school guys like Mondo and Chica.
The problem I have is really Senior's bike. The power is impressive. I'm not going to lie about that. But if I showed you that picture in the OP could you look at that and tell me Cadillac inspired?
I loved the 3 bikes OCC did for the GTO and Trans Am. In those designs Jason was an ace. He screwed this one up.
I look at Junior's bike and I see Cadillac, and I'm not just talking about the emblem being used. I can tell from the rear fender and tank what it is supposed to be.
Not saying these guys don't all do great work. They do. Far better than my brother and his friends at their failed little shop. I just think OCCs bike for this was not near good enough.
