When you look at all of the positions on this team, many of them will probably have some sort of change before the start of the season.
Whether it’s a starter, or a key backup, most of the spots will be tweaked, if not completely overhauled.
The key position on all of this is cornerback. With one move, it can not only be the biggest change of the entire team, but one of the most extravagant free-agent signings in club history. We all know what I’m referring to – Nnamdi Asomugha, of course. If the Cowboys sign him, then obviously it would mean Terence Newman is no longer on the team and they’ve shelled out some major bucks to make that upgrade.
However, if he’s not signed, then I wouldn’t think anything happens at this position. The only change will probably be Alan Ball going back to the second team and likely becoming the fourth corner again. Newman would stay and be the No. 1 cornerback once again...
