He's made his name with a controversial show that catches would-be internet sex perverts in televised stings.

But now Chris Hansen has found himself on the receiving end of his own hidden camera tactics, after the married NBC anchor was secretly filmed on an illicit date with a blonde television reporter 20 years his junior.

Hansen, 51, has allegedly been having an affair with Kristyn Caddell, a 30-year-old Florida journalist, for the last four months.

Um yeah, pretty sure no one's equating cheating on your wife with diddling little girls. The fact that he was undone by one of the tools of his trade (hidden cameras) remains ironic.

I don't know if it is ironic but funny. Mr. Holier than thou who loved to embarrass losers ends up being busted but hell, most of us would get some on the side with a woman 20 years younger if we could (those of us over 40 of course).

He's awful, and what his show represents is awful. Hope his life/marriage is ruined after this.
