FRISCO, Texas -- Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=13215) made a brief appearance during a practice session for Saturday's 10th annual Reebok Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game at Dr Pepper Ballpark.
Bryant arrived with teammate Martellus Bennett (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=11295) toward the end of batting practice Friday but did not participate. Bryant said he plans to partake in the home run derby -- and win it -- and play in the charity game.
“I’m very healthy,” Bryant said. “I would show y'all what I’ve been working on but I’m going wait until the lockout is over, and that’s when y'all can see it in full effect.”
