I'm no lawyer, but is she going to face a civil trial at some point? She could make some money now, but if she's facing a civil trial at some point, she'd almost assuredly lose that and it would cost her a LOT of money.

It would take some pretty terrible luck on her part to have all that circumstantial evidence pile up against her and her not at least have been part of covering it up.

Having said that, considering ALL the evidence was circumstantial, it's probably best she wasn't convicted.

I'm struggling coming up with a cause of action that she could be sued civilly on... She couldn't be sued for wrongful death like OJ, cause it was her daughter. Well I guess the father could sue her. Is he in the picture?

The Prosecution's case make perfect sense to me if they had any kind of physical evidence. It's a shame, we will never know what really happened there.
