Sides talking about possible schedule where league year could open around Wed and training camps Friday. Update coming top of hour on NFLN
Note, I am playing halo reach with my nephew, so next update will be at 5 pm, unless someone wants to post for me updates till then. The part about league year open around wed & training camp Friday sounds puzzling, are the players wanting to cut training camp and league year back even more, maybe someone can explain what that means.

This was what was in place Friday as best I can tell. They simply agree Monday to whatever they negotiated today and move on with the plan. There certainly wouldn't be any additional effect on the pre-season.
We already have Dallas planned to report Friday/Saturday to SA. Guessing Friday is move in day with no football activities. Saturday is first shorts and helmets practices which will be bombarded with fans.
It looks less like the players were stalling now that we have details. They seemed to want concessions on the open items. And at least 24 hours to review the final deal then get the team reps together who could then disseminate info the individual clubs. I doubt they were doing conference calls with all 1400 players:)
