That being said, I think Ben gets an unfair rap. He parties hard, but I really don't think he did anything that many other mid-20s guys don't on a regular basis. The only difference is he is famous and the chicks thought they could get some money and publicity after the fact.

Could he have forced her into it? Possibly, but given his status it seems just as likely that she was out for her 15 minutes and a cash reward. Erik Williams, Lawrence Taylor, Kobe Bryant, Shawn Kemp, Johan Santana, Ruben Patterson, Isiah Thomas, dozens of Miami Hurricane players in the 80s and 90s, the Duke lacrosse guys, Perrish Cox and Charlie Ward just off the top of my head. Were all of them innocent? No, but to deny that the cry of "rape" isnt suspiciously common around athletes is factually incorrect.

I've said this before and I'll say this again, her behavior afterwards are clear signs of trauma (PTSD). Something bad happened to her.
