I think Julio Jones would be the 3rd WR. (and a good fit there too) Hell, I think Rice is better than Roddy White.

Julio Jones is a rookie, I don't think they can really expect anything more than a 3rd receiver for this year.

He might be a 3rd WR this year but you don't give up multiple picks (including going into next years draft) to be the teams current and Future 3rd WR.

Well, a lot of the times it takes a couple of years for a WR to get acclimated to the NFL. Roddy White turns 30 this year. I'm betting Jones takes Roddy's place in the next two years and the Falcons trade Roddy while he still has good value. That would be my plan anyhow.
