Dallas

Troy Aikman had to show off the ironing board during his shirtless jog. Not to bad for a 44yr old ex Cowboy QB. :D

The temperature hit 110 degrees in Dallas this week ... and residents couldn't have been HAPPIER because the heat compelled legendary Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman (http://www.tmz.com/person/troy-aikman/) to take off his shirt.
The 44-year-old Hall-of-Famer was spotted on a topless jog in his neighborhood this week ... revealing a pretty SHREDDED physique.
One resident who witnessed Aikman in action tells us, "We are experiencing the hottest week ever... the man must be made of steel."

~Sweat just glistening all over your booody.~
For some reason, this quote from Martin's "You So Crazy" is stuck in my head now.

Calm down, Lady Chatterly. Besides, he's wearing black socks. Only Miami pensioners do that.

You'd think he would know to wear lighter colors so it's not absorbing even more light/heat.

Running in 105 degree heat isn't exactly an intelligent thing to be doing either. :laugh2:

He used to jog after practice in the hottest part of the day when camp was in Wichita Falls and the temps were over 100, too.

Dang. Didn't know that. The shoes look like basketball shoes which are very uncomfortable to run in.

I try to run in the heat of the day as well. If you're going to run anyway and are in good enough shape not to pass out it works you a lot harder. After doing that you can run for days when it cools off.

I was going to say. Running in those will give me shin splints in no time.

The best Quarterback in NFL history, also a disciplinarian like his coach led the team to three Superbowls because hes a stand-up guy who works hard w/ a no nonsense attitude.
Its hard to find people like this much less selfish NFL players.

Aikman was pretty great but calling him the best in NFL history? That's a little bit too far my good man.
Great job by Aikman to stay in great shape.
