SAN ANTONIO -- Most of the time when Jason Garrett is asked about injured players he says they are day-to-day, but he all but ruled out seeing cornerback Mike Jenkins (stinger), nose tackle Jay Ratliff (hip) and guard Montrae Holland (back) from Thursday’s preseason opener against Denver at Cowboys Stadium.

“Most of the guys who have been out will continue to be out,” Garrett said.

Not a big deal. Let em heal and let the backups take the snaps and get the experience.

That's a bummer. However it's better they rest and not get reinjured in a meaningless preseason game.

Well, might as well just write in Holland for the season if we don't cut him first. Jenkins, I'm a litte disappointed about because I'd like to see if he is progressing from last year. Rat, I'm not so worried about. I'd rather he got the rest. Besides, It gives us a chance to see more of Brent and Lissemore.

The secondary play is gonna be pretty bad. Atleast untill Tim Tebow comes in:laugh2:

Anyone besides me want to see Brady Quinn beaten like an ugly step child? Ware, Spencer, Butler, Coleman, Albright...I really don't care who does it. I just want to see him knocked down constantly.

Yup

Thank god were gonna have a good pass rush (I think) or we would have the worst secondary in the league....again

I'm with you, but Spencer and Ware better be out of there by then. Haha.
