It's a short intro, but the "Mad Men" intro is really good:

You can't show nudity on Youtube, so it appears it was edited so that none was shown:

Dexter's is great... more for the visuals than the music.

Making everyday tasks look like different methods of killing someone is genius for that show.

I always thought "Lost" was simple, but effective. They show you something really confusing to start the show and then drop this on you:

TV show openings are generally something I skip after the first 2 times watching a show. Even shows I really like. It's very rare for me to like an opening enough, or to have an opening that fits a show well enough for me to just considering it part of each episode.

Dexter is one of the shows I find myself watching with each episode. And the most recent one would have to be

s7L2PVdrb_8

It's such an amazing opening. Showing most of the important geography and it changes little by little every few episodes, as new places are explored in the show. It also fits brilliantly with the whole "game of thrones" theme, being somewhat board game like in design.

The fact that it's not the same every episode really adds extra emphasis on watching each one to see what new things you can catch.

The scroll work on the rings also tells some story, showing the Wolf/Lion/Stag/Dragon. The main houses of the show.

My most memorable are some of the cheesiest ones from Saturday morning cartoons growing up as an 80's baby:

Ninja Turtles
Duck Tales
Darkwing Ducks
Chip and Dales Rescue Rangers
Etc.

I was one of those kids that got up super early on Saturday, made myself a bowl of cereal in the largest, clean bowl available and plopped myself in front of the TV to watch cartoons all morning.

Miss those days sometimes. No responsibilities and an endless supply of milk.

Posting the Alice Cooper opening since it was the best one.
