Little girls are very special to dads. I love my sons and my daughter equally, but there is a special bond between dad's and daughters. No matter how grown up she becomes, you'll always want to protect her and she'll always be your little girl...

I had a boy first, which was great because I figured I at least knew something about boys having been one myself. When I found No. 2 was going to be a daughter i was stunned - I had never really imagined having a daughter and had no confidence I could handle it properly. 14 years later I can tell you it has been pure joy raising a daughter. The things that the posters say in the quotes below are completely true.
